All our rubber materials are based on raw material, no recycled, below are the difference: Vinyl(PVC) -- The most economical material, good resiliance and aging resistance, easy to make smooth and beautiful colors Thermal Plastic--- Normal used is TPE, have nearly as good resiliance and aging resistance as rubber, easy to have bright color looking and smooth surface, low density 1g/cm3, no need vulcanization during processing. It is plastic, but has similar performance with rubber Rubber --- Normal used is EPDM (silicone is too expensive), excellent aging resistance and resiliance, colors not as bright as vinyl and thermal plastic, need vulcanization during processing.
